AGE AGREEMENT: You, the booking client, here on referred to as the “client” or “you”, understand and accept that all "party ready (in tiny house unit) packages" offered are for children ages six (6) and up and that children under that age (paid for or otherwise) may not be in attendance! "At home packages" may include younger children but it is required to be at least one (1) responsible adult present for every four (4) children under the age of 6 or for any two (2) children with special needs whom may need more/extra help.
PHOTO RELEASE: Client consents to all photo releases hereby granting full permission to Pop Rock Progeny and photographer to publish and use any photos and/or videos taken during an event in any advertisement, digital, social and/or print media format!
BEHAVIOR AGREEMENT: All guests are expected to behave in a proper manner at all times. Disorderly conduct including but not limited to Physical altercations, Profanity/Insults, Bullying or Harassment of any kind, Destruction of property etc.; will not be tolerated and guests (child or otherwise) will be banned from participating in the remainder of the event with the possibility of the remaining time of the event being forfeited and Client will adhere to the $100 last minute cancellation policy fee!
DAMAGE POLICY: Pop Rock Progeny or any active employee's will not be held responsible for any damages of any child’s belongings. This includes but is not limited to Clothing, Shoes, Eyeglasses, etc. Nor will we be held responsible for any accidental damages that can occur during set up or any damages occurring from any guest while hosting your at home event. Any damages that has been made or occurred by any guest (child or otherwise) during the event, including but not limited to Electronics, Furniture, Décor, Windows, Walls etc.; will be the responsibility of the booking Client and booking client will be liable for full reimbursement to and determined by Pop Rock Progeny!
RECORDING NOTICE: All events are recorded and kept a maximum of one (1) month for the safety of all parties included. Clients may request in writing access to this footage for legal purposes only and may be released at the discretion of Pop Rock Progeny!
SERVICE AREA AGREEMENT: Clients agree that if you book for a location outside of Pop Rock Progeny's service area (Monroe County, MI for any package) or (Wayne County, MI for any "At Home" package) that your booking can be canceled and you will be held to the cancellation policy!
PARKING POLICY: Client understands that it is your responsibility to make sure that there is adequate parking for Pop Rock Progeny's 20ft mobile unit as well as the truck that pulls it to the event location, forty (40) feet total. You are expected to be informed if any permits are legally required to be filed and if so, they are to be filled out prior to the event. If these conditions are not met, then you will forfeit your booking time, adhere to the cancellation policy and will be charged $100 fee per the last minute cancellation policy!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Client may cancel any booking within 14 days of scheduled booking and receive a full refund,
- Client may reschedule a booking one (1) time and will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee,
- Client may cancel up to seven (7) days before scheduled booking time and will be charged a $50 short notice cancellation fee,
- If client cancels six (6) or less days before scheduled booking time- they will be charged a $100 last minute cancellation fee,
- Due to this being a mobile service, if there are any unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to; unexpected mechanical issues, accidents, prohibited/extreme weather, staffing issues etc, Pop Rock Progeny maintains full rights to reschedule at any point before scheduled booking time. If the client communicates that they can not find an acceptable reschedule time due to a previous booking cancellation on behalf of Pop Rock Progeny then they may receive a full refund!

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
